Pop-Up Blockers

NASWC does not have banner ads and pop-up advertisements. We do not install Active-X controls. This site does spawn new browsers windows for many forms and externally-linked web sites.

This "new window" spawning can sometimes be detected by pop-up blockers installed on your computer. Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) includes a built-in pop-up blocker, and browsers such as Mozilla Firefox have built-in pop-up blocking.
