What kind of debt are we facing in the county?

Williamson County total bond debt for FY2005 - $682,015,856

City of Round Rock total tax-supported debt - $158,173,681 (XLS). This document includes M&O and I&S tax rates as well

How much have property values increased?

Williamson County Appraisal Value increases between 2000-2004 - 23.62%
Taxable Value increases between 2000-2004 - 25.45%
Total Tax Increase between 2000-2004 - 62.67%
Round Rock sales tax revenue to date in 2006 - $54,438,658.92 - 10.52% increase since 2005
