Homes on Hymeadow
Lake Creek Park is a new subdivision of 90 single-family homes being built on Hymeadow Street next to the new Post Office.  The work currently being done on the site is clearing of land, building of roads, and detention pond; crew reports this phase of construction should take about 4 months.  The City of Austin granted a variance such that roads on the site will not connect to Lonsdale.
