NASWC opposes a zoning issue coming up for a second review cycle at City Council. A Resolution to Rescind the previous August 10th Council vote on the re-zoning passed at the August 31 Council meeting. So Zoning Case #C14-2017-0072 will come back to Council in September or October. The owner is seeking to re-zone property at 12611 Hymeadow Drive/Hwy. 183 to CS-1-Commercial Liquor Sales district, allowing for much broader commercial (including Adult Oriented Businesses) and industrial uses on the property than fit with our neighborhood community.
